With the document generator With the NFG, you draft six practice documents in a few minutes, based on the official NFG templates: general terms and conditions, privacy statement, treatment agreement, care plan, locum agreement, and contract for services.

How does the document generator work?

You enter your practice details, registration, working methods, and rates once. The document generator automatically processes this data into all six documents, so you do not have to retype it every time. Empty fields are highlighted in yellow in the text, so you can see at a glance what you still need to complete.

What does the document generator deliver?

The document generator uses the current NFG template and takes relevant legislation such as the WGBO and the GDPR into account. This ensures you receive documents that align with your specific professional group, whether that be VPMW, VIG, the OT register, or the coach register. You can copy, print, or save the texts as a PDF and then adapt them to your own practice.

Your data remains in your own browser and is not sent to the NFG. If you return later on the same device, your data will still be there, so you can also use the document generator to update your documents when your rates or working methods change.

Have documents legally checked

The documents produced by the document generator are a good starting point, but not legal advice. Always review them yourself and adjust what differs in your situation. Also read our privacy policy. For the official rules regarding the WGBO, you can consult the National Government.

Which sections do you fill in?

You start with your practice details: name, professional title, business address, and contact details. Next, you provide your registration, such as your professional group and registration number, and optionally your AGB code or BIG registration number if applicable. Finally, you fill in your working method: rate per session, duration of a session, payment method, payment terms, cancellation policy, and the retention period for your files.

Why writing your own is sometimes difficult

Many independent therapists find that drafting legally correct terms and agreements takes time and easily leads to errors. Outdated legal references, a forgotten complaints procedure, or an incomplete privacy clause can lead to ambiguity later on, for both you and your client. By starting from a current template, you prevent your foundation from being unsound.

The six documents in brief

The general terms and conditions govern the agreements between you and your client. The privacy statement explains how you handle personal data. The treatment agreement describes the arrangements regarding a specific course of treatment. The care plan provides insight into the approach and goals of the guidance. The substitution agreement is relevant if a colleague temporarily takes over your practice, and the contract for services is intended for one-off assignments outside a regular course of treatment.

After filling them out, you can view each document separately, copy the text, or print it directly and save it as a PDF. This way, you quickly build a complete and coherent document package for your practice, which you can easily update whenever there are changes to your working methods or rates.
