Behind the NFG stands a small, trusted team. Below you can read who you will reach on the phone and who to contact for what.
Our team
Chair As Chairman of the NFG, Rick leads the policy development and strategic direction of the NFG. He represents the NFG in consultations with government agencies, health insurers, trade and umbrella organizations, accreditation agencies, and training institutes. In addition, he develops and writes policy for the NFG and works on new initiatives that contribute to the further professionalization, quality assurance, and positioning of complementary care. He is also involved in various IT projects, human resources, and the assessment of new registrations.
Present: irregularly (due to many external meetings)
NFG office Carry is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the NFG office. She handles incoming email and speaks to NFG members and various organizations with which the NFG collaborates. Furthermore, she is always on the lookout for relevant professional news, compiles the newsletter, maintains the Facebook and LinkedIn pages, and answers questions during the telephone consultation hour on Thursday evenings. Assessments of new candidate register members and applications to the umbrella organization are also part of her duties.
Present: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and every other Friday (in even weeks)
Administration Ramon is an administrative assistant at the NFG. Among other things, he sends out (membership fee) invoices and handles all questions regarding this via email.
Present: every workday, except Tuesday afternoon
Office Manager NWP Myriam's duties are multifaceted. She works as an office manager at the NWP, the professional organization for which the NFG performs administrative tasks, and is also the coordinator of our visitors. NFG register members can contact her with questions regarding the visitation. Furthermore, she supports Carry where necessary.
